Kona Ice of Walker & Catoosa

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and customer focused individuals to join our local Krew. We're looking to fill part-time positions. Drivers must be at least 18 years old and have a clean driving record. This position involves driving and operating our Kona Ice truck in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with customers, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment. Kona Ice drivers need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers.

Kona Ice Driver Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment and work well with other team members

Drive safely and on time to scheduled events and greet customers courteously

Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy

Handle payment transactions with accuracy and maintain organized cash/card payments

Represent the Kona Ice brand with positivity at all times

Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines

Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse

Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking

Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation

Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Have a clean driving record
• Have evening and weekend availability
• Able to lift 25 pounds
• Ability to work independently
• Must be reliable and timely
