Not looking for: Candidates who are primarily Security Architects or purely Azure/DevOps-focused . The role requires strong hands-on systems administration and end-user support experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure Systems Administrator with strong Microsoft 365, End-User Support, Azure, and Windows Server experience, along with AWS and hybrid infrastructure knowledge.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure .
• Provide End-User Support , troubleshooting, user account management, and technical assistance.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory , including IAM, MFA, permissions, and user management.
• Administer, patch, secure, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Manage Intune and MECM/SCCM for endpoint, device, and software management.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and/or Python .
• Use Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
• Administer VMware vSphere environments.
• Manage networking , hybrid cloud connectivity, security groups, and load balancing.
• Manage Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Monitor infrastructure using Splunk, Azure Monitor, and AIOps technologies.
• Design and test Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity solutions.
• Implement infrastructure security, IAM, encryption, and compliance practices.
• Collaborate with development and security teams on DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD initiatives.
• Support Azure services including Entra ID, API Management, Front Door, VDI, Application Proxy, and Data Gateway .
• Familiarity with Power Platform and foundational AI/ML concepts is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise systems administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and End-User Support .
• Strong Azure and AWS experience.
• Strong Entra ID / Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Intune/MECM/SCCM .
• Strong PowerShell/Python scripting and automation.
• Experience with Terraform/IaC .
• Hands-on VMware vSphere experience.
• Strong understanding of networking and hybrid cloud environments .
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and monitoring/AIOps tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certifications preferred.
