Job Description
RN Supervisor - RCF/ICF/ID

Schedule

Generally Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Flexibility may be required for occasional early starts, late stays, or weekend training sessions.

Assignment Details

Training for staff is necessary, particularly for new hires.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of G/J tube care and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
• Provide training on G/J tube management and medication administration.
• Assist in the development of care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
