Guest Experience & Station Operations Lead
The SSI Group, LLC
Brightline is seeking a senior operations leader to support the Station Manager in daily operations across the Miami area, ensuring a safe, hospitable guest experience. You will rotate as Duty Manager, monitor schedules, and coordinate with Rail Operations, Security, and other departments.
This role requires 10+ years in senior leadership within Retail or Hospitality, a bachelor’s degree in business-related fields, and experience shaping revenue strategies, forecasting, and policy development.
