Position Concessions Supervisor Pay Range : $23.50 to $26.00 per hour About the Role We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals who are ready to create memorable moments as a Concessions Supervisor. A Day in the Life Responsible for the success of assigned concession locations, overseeing compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, and guest service standards Monitor inventory counts at the beginning and end of each event Manage escalated guest inquiries Train team members on Point‑of‑Sale systems and payment processing Ensure compliance with OLCC alcohol service standards Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures Adapt to shifting stand assignments within the arena Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment Perform any other duties as assigned The Perfect Match Friendly & energetic individual ready to create memorable moments 1+ year of supervisor experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment preferred Comfortable operating in a loud, high‑volume atmosphere Organized individual with strong leadership skills Work both independently and with a team Basic PC knowledge Familiarity with electronic equipment such as Point‑of‑Sale systems Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs Maintain excellent attendance and ability to work evening and weekend events as scheduled Core Values Treat all guests and team members fairly without regard to race, gender identity, national origin, age, religion, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other classification protected by law Excellent communication to interact with team members and guests Guest satisfaction‑oriented (you’re a part of their experience) Be nice – we know the best work is done by the nicest people Benefits Free meal every event shift 50% off monthly TriMet passes Referral bonus Merchandise and ticket discounts Year‑round events Paid sick leaveFun environment with live background music Opportunities for growth Eligibility & Background Check Applicant must be 18+ years due to alcohol and other service requirements.
