QualificationsJob Summary: The Occupational Therapistshall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, dischargeplanand make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician. Bachelor's,Master’sor Doctorate degree inoccupationaltherapy from an accredited program. Certification and licensurerequirements asestablishedby state and national boardassociations.
