Accountability is at our core. We take full ownership of every project, from the smallest detail to the final walkthrough and beyond. When we say we'll deliver, we mean it.

Relationships mean everything. Clients aren't a name on a schedule. We treat every project like it's our own and stay engaged long after turnover.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be the client's single point of accountability from preconstruction through closeout. You'll lead projects with transparency, protect the budget and schedule, and make sure every client feels informed and cared for at every step.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery conversations to understand each client's vision, goals, budget, and timeline
• Develop accurate, data-driven budgets and clear cost breakdowns that support informed scope decisions
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners during preconstruction to identify risks early and keep projects on track
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to deliver quality work on schedule and on budget
• Provide consistent, proactive updates to clients, including cost tracking, schedule progress, and issue resolution
• Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and jobsite professionalism
• Drive smooth closeouts, including punch lists, warranty coordination, and move-in readiness
• Build lasting client relationships that extend well beyond project completion

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Experience working closely with design teams and subcontractors
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver honest updates, including tough news
• A natural sense of ownership and follow-through
• Proficiency with [Procore / MS Project / Bluebeam / other tools]
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Healthcare or dental office construction experience is a plus

Who Thrives Here

You're someone who does what you say you'll do. You'd rather over-communicate than leave a client guessing. You take pride in your work, care about the people you build for, and want to be part of a growing team where your contribution is seen and valued.

What We Offer

• Highly competitive salary based on experience
• Health, dental, vision insurance
• 401(k) / retirement plan match
• Paid time off and holidays
• Vehicle / phone allowance
• Direct collaboration with ownership and a voice in how we grow together
• A culture built on honesty, respect, and doing things the right way
