ObGyn Hospitalist Physician

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a growing Laborist team expanding their inpatient women's services program in the Fayetteville, NC area. This opportunity offers a collaborative physician-led care model with strong advanced practice provider support, high-volume obstetrical services, and access to comprehensive maternal-fetal and neonatal resources.

Position details:

• Provide labor and delivery coverage and inpatient obstetrical management
• Evaluate and manage obstetrical triage patients and inpatient gynecologic consultations
• Perform vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and emergency obstetrical procedures as needed
• Manage obstetrical emergencies and collaborate closely with anesthesia, neonatal, nursing, and surgical teams
• Provide postpartum and inpatient gynecologic care
• Assist with surgical backup and emergent gynecologic procedures when indicated
• Join a team of OB Hospitalists and Advanced Practice Provider support
• Flexible scheduling structure designed to support work-life balance
