About the Role:

Positive Choice Homecare LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCAs and CNAs to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care and support. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide personal care assistance and mobility support to clients in their homes
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Accurately document care provided and maintain client records

Requirements:

Current PCA or CNA certification in the state of Nevada preferred
Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, caring demeanor
Ability to assist with transfers, lifting, and physical tasks as needed
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must pass a background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
