About the Role:
Positive Choice Homecare LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCAs and CNAs to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care and support. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care assistance and mobility support to clients in their homes
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Accurately document care provided and maintain client records
Requirements:
- Current PCA or CNA certification in the state of Nevada preferred
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, caring demeanor
- Ability to assist with transfers, lifting, and physical tasks as needed
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
