Shift: Second shift schedule of Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with mandatory overtime on Sundays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Expected Pay Range: $20.15 - $22.20 Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics. What You'll Do Operate and monitor production equipment used in drying, freezing, wet and dry processing, sifting, grinding, boxing, re-boxing, and packaging while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. Assemble, disassemble, clean, sanitize, move, load, unload, and set up materials, supplies, and equipment for production runs. Perform Critical Control Point (CCP) checks, identify and report product quality concerns, and follow GMPs and SOPs at all times. Support production goals by preparing for shift transitions, making minor equipment adjustments, completing scheduled cleaning tasks, and working overtime as required. Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) protocols, and participate in safety training and meetings. Collaborate with team members, support the training of new employees, communicate operational concerns, and help drive continuous improvement. What You'll Bring At least six months of production experience or an equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training. Basic reading, writing, and computer skills, including the ability to use ERP scanners when required. Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately count, track, and adjust inventory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow quality, safety, and operational procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating accountability and professionalism. Previous forklift experience is a plus, and forklift certification may be required with training provided as needed.
