What Success Looks Like In your first 90 days, you will: Independently perform routine MRI exams with confidence and accuracy Produce consistently high‑quality images requiring minimal repeats Deliver a calm, supportive patient experience in every interaction Adapt to GE MRI systems (if coming from another platform) Integrate into a collaborative, fast‑moving outpatient imaging team Success in this role looks like: patients feel comfortable and informed, and radiologists trust your imaging without question.
