Position Overview At Ameriwell Care , Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play a key role in helping individuals with developmental disabilities live meaningful, self-directed lives. In this position, you will support individuals with everyday activities, build life skills, and encourage active participation in the community. You’ll work closely with each individual in their home and out in the community, following their personalized service plan to ensure care is delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with the guidelines of the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities.
