Our technicians earn an industry-competitive compensation of $29,000 to $37,500 a year. QUALIFICATIONS OF A PLUMBING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Ability to pick up on-call assignments (as needed)
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position
• Pass background test and drug screen
