Why choose this route? * Step into a stable, essential industry * Potential to earn $85K+ annually * Trade a classroom for real-world skills * Build a future you and your family can count on What can I expect? * Deliver fresh products to our valued restaurant partners * Operate a non-commercial vehicle on local routes * Ride along with experienced Class A Drivers on regional deliveries * Study for your temporary permit and attend CDL school—on us * Build product knowledge and route familiarity in a dynamic, fast-paced setting * Make multiple deliveries daily while honing your driving and customer service skills Requirements: * High school diploma or GED. * 21 years or older * Valid Class A Learner's Permit * Ability to pass a driving and criminal background check, DOT physical, and drug test. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record - No OVI's in the last 3 years * Physical ability to lift 35lbs on average consistently, bend, twist, and climb * Availability to do overnight routes as required Compensation: * $214.00 per day * After you obtain your Class A and are certified, and have met all of the training expectations: * 1 Day Route $321 per day * 2-Day Route $375 per day * 3-Day Route - $386 per day * Quarterly Safety Bonus - $350.00 Schedule & Hours: * 4-5 day work week with the possibility of 2 days overnight * Dependent on available and scheduled routes Benefits: * Company paid CDL Class A Course and Training with wages while you learn * Health, Dental, Vision Insurance * Basic & Voluntary Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * 401 (k) with a company match * Safety Boot Reimbursement Program
