THIS POSTING IS FOR TEACHERS LIBRARIANS COUNSELORS ADMINISTRATORS WHO HAVE RECENTLY RETIRED FROM WITHIN THE WEST CONTRA COSTA SCHOOL DISTRICTIn order to be a Certificated Retiree Substitute you must possess a valid California Credential or an Emergency Permit. 1. Complete an EdJoin application. 2.
