Join Our Team as a Full-Time Urology Physician

About the Position

You will be joining a vibrant group of four hospital-employed urologists and six nurse practitioners/physician assistants. Our diverse patient base allows you to engage in a wide range of urology practices, from elective procedures to trauma cases, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced urology procedures in specialized suites, including two dedicated urology suites, an ESWL suite, an outpatient surgery center, and office procedure rooms.
• Manage a busy clinic with the assistance of experienced urology PAs, allowing you to concentrate on surgical cases.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including 3T MRI, da Vinci robotics, Holmium laser, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, and ultrasound.
• Participate in up to four operating room days per week.
• Share call responsibilities, with a maximum of seven days per month, supported by advanced practice providers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed minimum salary of $700,000, with potential for higher earnings based on wRVUs.
• Signing bonus of $100,000 and assistance with relocation expenses.

About Our Facility

Our facility is a 886-bed tertiary hospital and Level I trauma center, serving a four-state region. We have over 600 integrated physicians across various specialties and surgical services, supported by a robust referral network of more than 200 locally employed primary care providers. Our advanced robotics capabilities include multiple da Vinci Xi systems, and we operate an efficient outpatient surgery center with 8 ORs, alongside a 22-OR main hospital with a dedicated GU block schedule available six days a week. We utilize a system-wide EPIC EMR and have a legacy of 134 years in the community, ensuring financial stability and high demand for urology care.
