Construction Scheduler - MUST BE IN ATLANTA

Job Summary The Construction Scheduler will work with the Project Manager to create and maintain project schedules, manage workload distribution, and ensure timely completion of work by coordinating with leads and superintendents. The role requires a strong focus on resource allocation, schedule surveillance, and report preparation. Responsibilities Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress. Coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain the project calendar from implementation to completion. Identify and anticipate schedule disparities, correct them, and report to Project Management. Provide the Project Manager with all elements needed to issue weekly/monthly reports. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager. Qualifications Must reside in Atlanta. Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6. Experience scheduling in commercial construction. Self‑motivated, positive, professional, and able to lead process improvements. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Proficient reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Ability to learn company project‑management systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalency. Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project. Experience in customer interface roles. At least three (3) years of scheduling experience in telecommunications or a related technical/construction field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Project). Meet company minimum driving standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
