Civil Foreman: Lead On-Site Civil Construction

Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled Foreman/Supervisor for on-site leadership across our heavy highway and civil projects. You will supervise crews, enforce safety, read plans, manage schedules, and coordinate with project management to meet production goals. You will oversee excavation, survey staking, and timecard reviews while maintaining strong team communication.
