We are proud of our Mocha Clinic and our ability to offer primary and preventive care through medical and nursing providers who reflect the communities we serve.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Receptionist who has superior computer and organizational skills. The Candidate for this position will be customer-facing and must have excellent telephone skills. The candidate must be able to appropriately triage calls and can utilize shared calendars for the executive team to book or adjust meetings. The candidate must have EMR experience and be able to manage providers' schedules to book patients. Salary: 49.9K-56.2K ($24/Hr – $27.00/Hr)Key Executive Assistant Duties:Manage and respond to emails and phone callsSchedule meetings and appointments and manage executive team members' schedulesConduct online research and prepare reportsMaintain and update databases and CRM systemsSchedule patients for appointmentsExperience with using Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondenceHandle travel arrangements and itinerariesProvide customer support and address inquiriesPerform other administrative tasks as neededExecutive Assistant Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage complex scheduling and time management for clinic scheduleHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyProblem-solving skills and the ability to think criticallyPreferred Tools:Microsoft Office SuiteZoom and TEAMSAbility to use office equipment (copiers, electronic fax, and computers)Nice to Have Skills:Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketingFamiliarity with accounting software (QuickBooks)Understanding of data privacy regulations, HIPPA, and best practicesMultilingual abilities are welcome and preferredQualifications:Associate's degree or higher10 years of experience with front office, client scheduling, and medical billingStrong communication skills, remaining calm under stress, and being able to multitask15 years of advanced computer skills, using Microsoft Office Suite
