We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Assistant to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) or assistant, you will be working closely with Occupational Therapists as well as other Assistants to provide therapy and support for our patients.
You will be following plans of care previously laid out, assisting your patients with using adaptive devices, and maintaining all therapy spaces and equipment.
The ideal candidate has strong time management skills, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of occupational therapy guidelines and recommendations.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy assessments to determine needs and goals for students with disabilities.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focusing on functional skills, activity participation, and daily living activities.
Provide direct therapy sessions and collaborate with school teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom activities.
Document progress, update plans, and communicate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
Utilize therapeutic equipment and assistive devices, and support discharge planning and transition planning when appropriate.
