Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary legal advisor for the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting strategic business initiatives. Your expertise will help safeguard our operations, manage legal risks, and facilitate smooth corporate governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance on a wide range of corporate and litigations matters, including contracts, compliance, and conduct depositions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate franchise agreements related to partnerships, acquisitions, and other business transactions
• Participate in vendor negotiations and provide legal insight
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Assist in managing legal administrative processes and maintaining organized legal records
• Support internal teams by providing training on legal compliance and best practices
• Collaborate with external counsel when specialized legal expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze complex legal issues quickly and provide practical solutions
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an attorney (required)
• Experience in corporate, commercial, or business law
• Strong background in contracts and agreements
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
