Qualifications * Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing. * Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional resident care.
