Non-Con Project Coordinator

Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX., seeks a results driven non-con Project Coordinator (PC). The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of technical projects from inception to completion. This position involves coordinating various project activities, strong time management and extreme attention to detail is required. Uniquely for this role, the PC will be located in the non-con area of the TSS facility, and will be the go between the PM team and the non-con team in the warehouse. This role's primary focus will be on supporting the effective and efficient resolution of non-con materials as they relate to each project and each project manager. Communication with team members and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with project updates will be crucial. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all aspects of non-con material resolution activities as they relate to the PM team. When feasible, this role may also support overseeing project set-up, Order/Part set-up and assist with Shipping Orders and helping to maintain daily inbound material requests using strong data entry skills. By effectively managing project intake, the Project Coordinator will help to minimize delays in project set up. Ultimately, this role is essential for helping deliver high-quality projects that meet client expectations. The role is hourly and maybe a physical in office position in either the Georgetown and/or Round Rock, Texas facilities. Certification or equivalent PM training courses. Proven experience in project coordination/data entry. Strong understanding and proficient use using EXCEL. Preferred Qualifications CAPM certification or better Experience with formally documenting processes Knowledge of NetSuite WMS is a plus Forklift certification is a plus Experience receiving in and/or moving pallets from put-away into bin locations on the floor is a plus Responsibilities Support all aspects of non-con as they relate to the PM team and PM related projects. Coordinate project activities (set up Project/receiving and shipping orders) to meet schedule to ensure timely completion of all projects. Help manage change orders and ensure that all modifications are documented and communicated to relevant parties. Effectively track project tasks, be proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Facilitate communication between project managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues that arise. Skills The required skills are essential for the daily operations of the Project Coordinator role. Proficiency in managing intake requests and maintaining detailed schedules that keep projects on track. Knowledge of project administration and strong communication and coordination skills are vital for liaising with subcontractors and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
