Corporate Associate Attorney

A Vault 20–ranked firm with a Chambers-recognized investment management practice seeks a midlevel associate with three to five years of experience to join its private funds team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on advising sponsors and institutional investors on a broad range of private fund matters, including fund formation, management company structuring, carried interest and incentive arrangements, secondary transactions, and fund investments.
