Mobile MAT RN - Outpatient Opioid Care, NJ

JSAS HeatlhCare, Inc.

JSAS HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse for a Mobile Medication program in Neptune, NJ. You will deliver direct patient care in an outpatient MAT setting, administer and monitor methadone or buprenorphine, and collaborate with physicians and counselors to implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, vital signs monitoring, accurate documentation, patient education on medications and harm reduction, and supporting crisis #J-18808-Ljbffr JSAS HeatlhCare, Inc.
