An established, state-of-the-art, award-winning patient care facility is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team. This role offers a great work-life balance while providing quality care to a geriatric patient population, focusing on value-based Medicare advantage settings. The practice emphasizes quality over quantity, practicing preventive medicine and adhering to the latest medical guidelines. Practice Info * Geriatric patient population * Focus on value-based Medicare advantage setting * Focus on quality not quantity * Practice preventive medicine and follow the latest published medical guidelines * Very experienced staff (MA's have 10 - 15 yrs exp.) * In-house credentialing team Responsibilities * Seeing 10 to 15 patients per day * Detect and manage chronic diseases * Develop patient strategy to reduce hospitalization and ER visits * Collaborate with Case Managers and Specialty Providers * Educate patients on the value of compliance Compensation * Up to $300,000 annual take home * Sign-on bonus based on candidate * Salary: $270,000 Benefits * Healthcare benefits kick in immediately * CME * PTO * Retirement plan * Malpractice coverage * Long term and short term disability Shift & Schedule * No Weekends * Seeing 10 to 15 patients per day Requirements * Fluent in English/Spanish - Required (non-negotiable) * BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics - Required (non-negotiable) * Experience in value-based care - Required (non-negotiable) * Completed US residency program * Full, unrestricted Florida Medical License * DEA * Comfortable using E clinical works (EMR)
