Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with various conditions, including vascular and bariatric surgeries, and telemetry monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population, including post-operative and telemetry patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and assist with diagnostic tests as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-care instructions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Active RN license required for submission.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
