- Maintain HR data and documentation using Paycor software.
- Collaborate with the Controller on strategic HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Prior experience in HR management or leadership role preferred.
- Familiarity with Paycor or similar HRIS tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
