HR Manager - Dalton, GA

When: Immediate need with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Where: In-office role based in Dalton, GA.

Office Environment: In-office environment reporting to the Controller and utilizing Paycor software.
Salary: $95,000-$105,000 annually with fully paid benefits.

Position Overview:
The HR Manager will lead HR operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all employee-related processes, including onboarding, benefits management, recruiting, and compliance. This position offers a leadership opportunity to make a lasting impact within a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage benefits administration and annual renewals.
• Direct recruiting efforts and applicant communication.
• Administer 401(k), short-term disability, and life insurance programs.
• Maintain HR data and documentation using Paycor software.
• Collaborate with the Controller on strategic HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in HR management or leadership role preferred.
• Familiarity with Paycor or similar HRIS tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
