Customer Support Specialist
21st Century Dental Laboratory is seeking two full-time Customer Support Specialists to join our growing team.
If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls from dental offices in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide updates on case status, due dates, and shipping information.
- Schedule and coordinate case pickups.
- Answer general questions from doctors and office staff.
- Route calls to the appropriate department when needed.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with our production, shipping, digital, and accounts receivable teams to provide accurate information.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive, professional, and patient attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Customer service experience required; dental or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
