Entry Level Appointment Setter

Full-Time | Field-Based | Roofing Sales | Commission-Based | No Experience Required Start Your Sales Career in the Field The Green Goat is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Appointment Setters . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating face-to-face, and building valuable sales skills. You'll speak with homeowners in local communities, introduce them to our roofing services, identify homeowners who may be interested, and schedule appointments for our sales team. No previous sales experience is required. We'll provide the training and support you need to learn the role and develop your communication and customer engagement skills. What You'll Do Speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and introduce The Green Goat's roofing services. Start friendly, professional conversations and build rapport with homeowners. Ask questions to understand whether a homeowner may have a need or interest in roofing services. Identify qualified prospects and collect the appropriate contact information. Schedule appointments for members of the sales team. Confirm appointments and help ensure a smooth handoff to the sales representative. Track daily activities, appointments, and prospect information. Represent The Green Goat professionally during every customer interaction. Work toward individual and team activity goals. Participate in training and continue developing your communication and sales skills. What We're Looking For You don't need previous sales experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone who is: Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people. Friendly, confident, and professional in face-to-face conversations. A strong communicator and active listener. Comfortable working outdoors and visiting residential neighborhoods. Self-motivated and able to stay organized throughout the day. Positive and professional when conversations don't result in an appointment. Willing to learn and accept coaching. Comfortable working toward daily and weekly activity goals. At least 18 years old. Authorized to work in the United States. Able to travel throughout an assigned territory. In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Equipped with a mobile device for communication and appointment tracking. Compensation This is a commission-only position . Estimated earnings range from $3,500–$10,000 per week for representatives who meet performance expectations, with actual earnings varying based on individual results, appointments, and other factors.
