Host, Busser, Food Runner

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking Hosts, Bussers, and Food Runners. In these roles, you will provide a friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests. As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and menu changes.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.

What We're Looking For

• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant or a background in the service industry.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
