Parts Coordinator

Parts Coordinator- tech's in the field support parts through Zendesk and parts que, orders that come in from our portal, process the orders in stock, post the orders, order parts from other branches, vendor, OEM supply, produce purchase orders, close out purchas orders, drop ship for the part to be mailed, keep up with the tracking, closer PSR orders, verify delivery, update or change pricing, add freight charges. Use reports to monitor mistakes and record keeping, send order for picking and stocking. Report on how many po's we have open on what we need to look for and delivery status. Work with Raymond Dealership Special project and process Reach out to vendors Support over 150+ tech's with parts Making sure to have the right part Research by model and serial number Google look-up for parts Disptach the tech and ensure they have the part before dispatching tech out Receiving quote Tracking back orders Working out of 2 big emails all day Tech sends part order through database Also during training do ride along with the tech's to see the process #J-18808-Ljbffr Malin
