From dismantling election systems that dilute minority votes to first amendment litigation at the U.S. Supreme Court, our litigators practice exclusively in high-stakes and high-visibility matters, often with long-lasting impact. Job Requirements: The Firm seeks outstanding lateral candidates who havedemonstratedexceptional academic and professional achievement and thrive on the intensity and challenge of "bet-the-business" litigation. Basic requirements: 3 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolutionrequired. Sophisticated experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, with trial experience preferred . Top twenty school or top 10% of law school class . Excellent writing skills. Licensed to practice in New York and/or Texas.Additional jurisdictions a plus. Federal or appellate state clerkship experience preferred.
