Our clinicians have the time to collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Educational Therapists, physicians, educators, and families to create comprehensive treatment plans that support the whole child. What You'll Do Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland) Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Design and oversee ABA programming Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians Provide parent coaching and caregiver education Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Educational Therapists, teachers, and physicians Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences Help develop innovative programs supporting communication, self-regulation, adaptive behavior, executive functioning, and social-emotional development Maintain high clinical and ethical standards Qualifications Master\'s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field Five or more years of pediatric experience preferred Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities Knowledge of evidence-based practices including PRT, NET, BST, PECS, Functional Behavior Assessment, and related methodologies preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Passion for interdisciplinary collaboration and family-centered care Leadership opportunities Continuing education support Clinical mentorship Professional growth opportunities Strong administrative support Collaborative interdisciplinary environment Meaningful work with children and families Positive, respectful workplace culture About Child Success Center Child Success Center provides comprehensive pediatric services for children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, communication disorders, learning differences, and social-emotional needs. Our interdisciplinary approach combines Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, and Educational Therapy to provide individualized, family-centered care that helps children build confidence, independence, meaningful relationships, and lifelong success. Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time Monday–Friday Typical caseload designed around 20–25 billable hours per week Dedicated time for interdisciplinary collaboration, supervision, treatment planning, documentation, and family meetings Occasional evening or weekend availability as needed Work Location Home, school, community, and center-based services throughout the West Los Angeles area.
