Machine Operator
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. You will operate a client-specific machine that is user-friendly and designed for easy handling. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up the machine, ensuring smooth operation, inspecting products on the assembly line, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a specialized machine with guidance from a supervisor as needed.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Conduct visual inspections of products on the assembly line, identifying and reporting any defects to your supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Fill packages with products and ensure accurate labeling for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-training opportunities on other machines if desired.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, and packaging preferred.
- Strong attention to detail for visual inspection tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Steel-toed boots are required for this position.
