Job Description
Must be familiar with the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and calendaring relevant deadlines.
Must have strong writing skills and the ability to draft complaints, written discovery requests and responses, motions, and other pleadings.
Must be familiar with eFiling in both State and Federal Court.
Must have five (5) years personal injury law experience.
Schedule is Monday to Friday.
