Desired Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• 1+ year of recent Med-Surg experience in an acute care environment
• BLS certification (and ACLS preferred)
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and adaptability
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with varied medical-surgical diagnoses
• Administer medications, manage IVs, monitor patient vital signs, and document accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge instructions and ongoing health management
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards at all times
