Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create specific therapy strategies that help them achieve their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with fellow therapists, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to both patients and their caregivers on methods to continue progress in their own homes
• Track Progress and Modify Treatments: Evaluate clinical outcomes and adjust therapy plans as necessary to keep patients on track towards their goals

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement for continuing education and postgraduate certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
