En dat merkt iedereen.Als Head of Sales & Market Development sta je **in het hart van de commerciële strategie**. Je bepaalt mee de commerciële koers en verzilvert groeikansen. Je leidt een ervaren sales team (16 FTE), optimaliseert de bestaande B2B-portefeuille (verzekeraars, lease, fleet, brokers) en ontwikkelt nieuwe partnerships.* Je draagt bij aan het **5-jarenplan van Carglass Belux en Belron**, en bent het aanspreekpunt voor internationale key accounts, in nauwe samenwerking met het Belron-team.* Je bewaakt en vergroot de **waarde van de contracten**,* Je begeleidt een **fantastisch team** met veel ervaring en jong talent: je bereidt de opvolging van het key accountmanagent voor, en bouwt tegelijk het “sales team van de toekomst”.* Je werkt nauw **samen met Marketing** (pricing, media, digital, brand), **Operations en Finance** om de commerciële strategie te verankeren in de organisatie.Dit is een rol op het snijvlak van stabiliteit en vernieuwing: je borgt de continuïteit van een sterke business en opent tegelijk nieuwe deuren.**Jouw profiel: Atypische sales manager met visie*** **Ervaring**: minimaal 8 jaar in **key account management** en **sales leadership**, bij voorkeur in een relevante context zoals verzekeringen, leasing of andere complexe dienstensectoren.* **Maturiteit**: je houdt ervan om **sales teams** te leiden, en kan ook **strategisch meedenken** op de langere termijn (3-5 jaar) met het oog op strategische ontwikkeling en differentiatie.* **Leiderschapsstijl**: integer, luisterend en **strategisch ingesteld**. Je geniet van incrementele verbeteringen en het vieren van **teamsuccessen**, en staat stevig in je schoenen tijdensn onderhandelingen.* **Sterktes**: datagedreven forecasting en **analytisch**, onderhandelen op C-level, tender- en contractmanagement, stakeholder management, CRM (Salesforce).* **Waarden**: je identificeert je 100% met de Carglass-waarden Respect, Eerlijkheid, Creativiteit en Solidariteit.
