Direct Care Worker

Join University Home Care Inc as a Direct Care Worker in Ann Arbor, MI, where you will provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and support to clients to promote emotional well-being.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to supervisory staff.
Ensure clients' safety and comfort while maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
Follow care plans accurately and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Ann Arbor, MI.
Ability to pass background checks.
