Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location: In‑facility Reporting: To Director of Rehab As a Physical Therapist, you assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You teach patients and caregivers skills for independence and productivity, and collaborate with peers and refer for additional care when necessary. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
