Our team is small (and mighty), and we're looking for the right person to join us — someone we can trust, rely on, and grow with.We’re looking for an experienced, independent, and business-minded Snior Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships and help drive strategic growth. We’re excited to find someone who can bring their own strengths and grow with us into the next chapter. If you're the kind of person who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and cares about the success of the whole team, we want to meet you. >>> What you’ll do* Manage and grow long-term partner relationships* Act as a trusted point of contact for clients* Oversee and analyze performance data (RPM, CTR, fill, etc.)* Spot growth opportunities, lead new deal onboarding, and push forward day-to-day execution* Own the business side so the leadership can focus on strategy* Work closely with a small, hands-on team that values integrity, clarity, and impact !!! What we’re looking for* 3+ years of experience in ad tech account management * Excellent communication skills in English — both written and spoken* High attention to detail, highly organized, and naturally accountable* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills* A genuine team player who thrives in an independent work environment* Someone who thinks like a business owner — not just an executor +++ Bonus points* Experience with search feed monetization (Yahoo, Bing, etc.)* Previous success launching deals and onboarding partners* A sharp mind, a kind heart, and a can-do attitude This is a full-time remote position , so self-motivation and communication are key.
