Job Description

• Site Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion.

• Schedule Management: Ensure project schedules are maintained and milestones are achieved.

• Safety Compliance: Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.

• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.

• Team Leadership: Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize project delays.

• Quality Control: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

• 2-5+ years of construction experience, preferably within commercial construction.

• Experience working on ground-up, renovation, fit-out, or tenant improvement projects is highly preferred.

• Sitework experience is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrates strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain productive working relationships on-site.

• Driven, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career with a growing contractor.
