• Full-Time Earning Potential: Approximately $70,000–$85,000 Annually — including hourly pay, tips, enhancements and bonuses

What You'll Do

• Provide customized massage therapy and body treatments based on each guest's individual needs
• Review guest intake forms and tailor services appropriately
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining Woodhouse service standards
• Offer service enhancements and educate guests on their benefits
• Recommend home-care and wellness products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, serene, safe, and professional treatment environment
• Accurately document guest treatment notes
• Collaborate with our spa team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold all Woodhouse standards for safety, sanitation, professionalism, and guest care

Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapy License or a current Massage Therapy License from another state
• 1–2 years of massage therapy experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• A passion for massage therapy, wellness, and genuinely caring for guests
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Team-oriented mindset

Licensed Outside of Texas?

You do not have to currently live in Lubbock to be considered.
