Resident Services Coordinator, Memory Care - Nurse

Starting Rate: $39.55-$46.47 LVN; $43.50-51.12 RN plus a generous benefits package (Dependent on prior experience and other qualifying factors) 

Revere Court , an assisted living community located in  Sacramento , seeks an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to oversee management of all resident care services, including the caregiving team. 

Revere Court is a unique purpose-built memory care community consisting of four cottages and one administration building, as well as a Day Club, spread over a beautiful, secure campus.  Many of our staff have been with us for well over a decade, some have even passed their 20-year anniversaries!  We are an active member of our local community and host Alzheimer Support Groups regularly.  Our employees are proud to contribute and be a part of all the good things we have going on at Revere Court.

The primary goal of the Resident Services Coordinator is to ensure that care and services are provided in accordance with current State regulations and company policies and procedures. The ideal applicant will be a seasoned leader with excellent clinical skills and enjoy “hands-on” leadership and teaching, and understands that foremost, this setting isn’t just about nursing care; it’s about knowing your residents and meeting their needs. Our goal is to be known for compassionate, competent, and person-centered care.

We prefer applicants with a genuine passion for working with older adults who have memory loss, a positive “can-do” attitude, a desire to be part of an awesome team, a born organizer, and someone who handles emergencies with aplomb and a sense of humor.  The current incumbent has developed excellent systems and is committed to training her successor to ensure a smooth transition for our residents, families, and team.

Qualifications

Registered or Licensed Nurse with current California license in good standing.
Has five years nursing experience, preferably in nursing administration, geriatric nursing, rehabilitation, or memory care; this is a preferred qualification.
At least one year demonstrated ability in nursing administration and/or supervision in a health community.
Assisted Living or Memory Care experience strongly preferred.
Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, concisely and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing to residents, families, employees and physicians.
