Regional Service Manager

REMCO, a Smart Care Company, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our field service team in the Huntsville, AL, market. What You'll Do Lead daily field service operations, technician scheduling, and workforce planning Partner with dispatch to maximize technician efficiency, schedule adherence, and contract completion Manage technician performance through coaching, mentoring, and accountability Support onboarding and training of new technicians Review operational metrics to improve service delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction Investigate customer concerns and implement effective solutions Collaborate with the Parts Department to ensure timely parts availability and delivery Required qualifications: Associate degree and minimum of two years of people management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Skills: Commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R, restaurant equipment, hospitality or field service management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
