What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch electricians for residential and commercial service calls

• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and set expectations

• Coordinate with field technicians to maximize efficiency throughout the day

• Handle rescheduling, changes, and urgent calls with professionalism

• Maintain accurate records and job status updates

• Support the office team with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• Prior dispatching or scheduling experience (home services or electrical preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent phone and communication skills

• Comfortable with scheduling software and computers

• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
