Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

This role offers a highly varied caseload across inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings with a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends or holidays. Position Overview

• Permanent, full-time role
• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday day schedule
• Inpatient, outpatient, and LTC coverage
• Approximately 6 patients per day
• TruBridge – Evident charting system

Shift Details

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00a–4:30p
• No weekends
• No holidays
• No call requirement

Compensation & Benefits

• $39.00 – $58.00 per hour
• $81,120 – $120,640 annually based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans across multiple age groups
• Provide dysphagia treatment and swallowing assessments
• Perform communication and cognitive therapy
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans and strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Support quality improvement and patient-centered outcomes

Clinical Exposure

• Modified barium swallow studies
• Swallowing and feeding disorders
• Cognitive communication therapy
• Pediatric patients including autism spectrum presentations
• Adult and geriatric populations
• FEES preferred but not required

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Washington SLP license
• CCC-SLP required
• BLS required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• FEES experience
• Modified barium swallow experience
• Multisite or broad-setting experience
