Position Application Support Engineer Location Overland Park, KS Onsite Duration 1 year Job Description Experience 5 to 8 years in Service Desk Experience 5 to 8 years in an Application Support role (AMS) in Engineering domain, application maintenance and support Experience installing, configuring, or supporting Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Engineering Applications Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud environments Proven experience managing Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents, driving root cause analysis and ensuring rapid restoration of service Strong command of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and reprioritization Effective written and verbal communication, able to explain technical issues in simple terms to non‑IT staff Issue tracking and reporting using tools Occasional on‑call rotation for P1/P2 incidents (second shift) Qualifications ITAR Position – requires US citizenship only Mandatory skills: Service Desk, ServiceNow ITSM Technical skills (choose any 4 of the following): Bluebeam Adobe Suite Microsoft Office Autodesk Applications Bentley Applications Basics of SQL Basic understanding of CAD Applications HQMS Clarity Production Support Focus Shift and Availability Second shift; occasional on‑call for P1/P2 incidents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
