Are you customer-focused, detail-oriented, and looking for a fast-paced seasonal opportunity? We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume customer contact center during a busy holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with order placement
• Enter customer orders accurately into company systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
• Process returns, credits, and customer account inquiries
• Review and verify order information for accuracy
• Utilize training materials and resources to provide accurate information
• Support additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable working on the phone for a significant portion of the day
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Additional Information

• Paid training provided
• Overtime may be required during peak season
• Evening and weekend availability may be required during busy periods
• Seasonal assignment with the potential to gain valuable customer service and call center experience

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
